You will collaborate closely with various departments to gather data, analyze information, and produce insightful reports that aid decision-making processes at all levels. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Data Extraction:<\/strong> Retrieve and compile data from vendors and various sources.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Report Creation:<\/strong> Develop and format reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity in presentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data Observation:<\/strong> Monitor and annotate data trends and discrepancies to provide insightful analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, as the role involves interaction with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and the ability to review Chinese language documents.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong sensitivity to numerical data and detail-oriented work.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Language Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proficiency in Chinese, including listening, speaking, reading, and typing.
