{"id":7269,"date":"2026-01-15T04:00:41","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T04:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eternity-recruitment.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=7269"},"modified":"2026-01-15T04:01:11","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T04:01:11","slug":"head-of-people-organizational-performance-2-2","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/eternity-recruitment.com\/cn\/jobs\/head-of-people-organizational-performance-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jobDescriptionTitleHeading\">Full job description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide good customer service promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for handling all customers&#8217; inquiries and feedback in a quality manner.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and ensure timely meeting the customer requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure maintaining accurate system data and records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in interface &#8211; testing, system setting testing, problem collection, consolidation and troubleshooting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide product-related information and assist in the process of bidding materials.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubleshooting IT issues and resolving customer complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To adhere and deliver the service KPIs as per the monthly scorecard performance management and strict compliance of SOPs, company and regulatory guidelines\/ policies &amp; standard requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Back up other team members when there is a shortage of manpower within the customer service department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education Requirement<\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum STPM, Foundation, Diploma or Degree in any field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Skills Requirement<\/strong><\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the IT industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong data analytical and tabulation, communication skills and excellent presentation skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidates who are fluent in both Mandarin &amp; English are preferred.
