{"id":7272,"date":"2026-01-15T06:09:40","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T06:09:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eternity-recruitment.com\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=7272"},"modified":"2026-01-15T06:10:41","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T06:10:41","slug":"head-of-people-organizational-performance-2-2-2-2-2","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/eternity-recruitment.com\/cn\/jobs\/head-of-people-organizational-performance-2-2-2-2-2\/","title":{"rendered":"L2 Application Support Specialist"},"content":{"rendered":"<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"jobDescriptionTitleHeading\">Full job description<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provide timely Level 2 application support to the Level 1 Customer Service team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finding solutions from previous issues using the Knowledge Base and educating the Level 1 Customer Service team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keeping the Knowledge Base updated when encountering fresh issues and distributing the knowledge to team members<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute pro-actively to improve response time, resolution time and reduce number of incidents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responding, investigating, resolving, communicating root cause analysis and recommending solutions in a timely manner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively monitor the usage patterns of the suite of applications and pre-emptively identify abnormal behaviours and respond accordingly<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Occasional light design and programming work relating to scripting and database queries<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establishing a timeline and protocol for harder-to-solve problems and communicating troubleshooting analysis to Level 3 support for resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compiling and providing a comprehensive handover of daily task to the team member on duty in subsequent shifts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obtain feedback and suggestions for product improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Required to work shifts, weekends &amp; public holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education Requirement<\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Skills Requirement<\/strong><\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self-driven and perform duties and responsibilities independently with minimum supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain confidentiality of information processed or prepared<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess positive attitude and interpersonal skills and project a professional image<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluent in speaking, reading and typing in both English and Mandarin<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in PHP, Javascript, jQuery and\/or other scripting language is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in basic SQL queries is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prior experience in a similar application support roles is an advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shift allowances, medical benefits, and career development opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexi Allowance &#8211;
