This role will focus primarily on gathering and analysing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of IT solutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Requirements Gathering &amp; Analysis<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop and maintain clear documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, use cases) and ensure requirements are clearly understood and actionable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Process Improvement<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support the implementation of recommended changes and track their effectiveness.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Management<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage the day-to-day aspects of software project delivery, including timeline tracking, resource management, risks management and backlog prioritization.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide updates to stakeholders where necessary on the status of delivery, resourcing, and timelines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in organizing project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Team Collaboration<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support stakeholder management activities such as keeping them updated on project progress and addressing their concerns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tools &amp; Documentation<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite to track and document project tasks, requirements, and milestones.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help create visual process flows and diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.IO or Visio to support understanding of complex systems and processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education Requirement<\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in computing, computer science, information systems, or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><strong>Skills Requirement<\/strong><\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or at least 1 year of experience in project management roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in managing stakeholders and technical teams with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experienced in the gaming industry or related tech sectors would be an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Annual Leave 14 Days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>13th Months Salary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Laptop &amp; Parking Provided<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working Hours:<\/strong> 10am to 7pm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay:<\/strong> RM 4,000-RM 6,000 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Referral<\/strong> <strong>only:<\/strong> https:\/\/forms.gle\/9kjZwCsDshb4DJB58<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description Job Overview We are looking for an experienced and skilled Junior Business Analyst to join our team.
