This role is responsible for managing computer hardware assets and peripherals, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle the <strong>receiving, unpacking, and processing<\/strong> of goods and IT equipment at the data center.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verify shipments, update inventory records, and report any discrepancies or defective items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare and distribute <strong>computer kits and hardware<\/strong> for deployment or relocation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate and organized documentation of <strong>shipping, receiving, and asset movement<\/strong> using both manual and electronic systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform <strong>asset tagging and tracking<\/strong> using barcodes or asset management tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support<strong> inventory audits and monthly stock reporting<\/strong> to ensure data accuracy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage <strong>on-site assets<\/strong> and ensure proper storage, labeling, and condition of equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide <strong>excellent customer service<\/strong> to internal teams and ensure timely completion of logistics tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs or replacements of defective hardware.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with the Asset Management and IT Operations teams to streamline workflows.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Education Requirement<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Diploma or Associate Degree<\/strong> in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Skills Requirement<\/strong><\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>1\u20133 years of working experience<\/strong> in logistics, warehouse operations, or asset management (preferably in an IT or data center environment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Proficient in Microsoft Excel<\/strong> and familiar with inventory management systems or asset tracking tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strong organizational and documentation skills<\/strong> with a keen eye for detail.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good <strong>communication and coordination skills<\/strong> with a customer service mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Physically fit<\/strong> to handle equipment movements and warehouse tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willing to work in a <strong>data center environment<\/strong>, including handling IT equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Added Advantage:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in <strong>IT hardware logistics or data center operations.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with <strong>barcode scanners, asset tagging systems<\/strong>, or warehouse management software.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>basic IT hardware components<\/strong> (servers, routers, peripherals)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working Hours:<\/strong>\u00a09:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00, five days per week<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay:<\/strong> RM 2,500 &#8211; RM 4,000<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Referral<\/strong> <strong>only:<\/strong> https:\/\/forms.gle\/9kjZwCsDshb4DJB58<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Center Logistics Executive to support warehouse and logistics operations within our data center environment.
