The role involves performing inspections, monitoring infrastructure systems, and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure optimal uptime and reliability of all critical equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Oversee and manage data center facility operations within the assigned region.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct regular physical and visual inspections of mechanical and electrical systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with Facility Managers to develop procedures and risk assessments for site operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with data center providers for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC maintenance services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review and track maintenance schedules, MOPs (Method of Procedure), and risk assessments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage and record maintenance activities, change requests, and related documentation.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide on-site support during maintenance or change management events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respond promptly to facility-related issues such as power outages, HVAC failures, fire alarms, and security incidents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in after-hours on-call support when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in facility management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Education Requirement<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Diploma above with relevant experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Skills Requirement<\/strong><\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>1\u20132 years of experience<\/strong> in data center facilities management or related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good understanding of <strong>electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong <strong>analytical and problem-solving skills<\/strong> with the ability to respond quickly during critical events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working in a <strong>large-scale or critical environment<\/strong> is an advantage.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>change management and incident response <\/strong>processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fresh graduates<\/strong> with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agile mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certifications such as <strong>CDCP, CDCS, or FSM<\/strong> will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>UPS, Generator, cooling, security<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Online Training &#8211; System to Enhance skills and career growth\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 days Annual Leave &amp; 14days Medical Leave<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EPF, SOCSO &amp; EIS<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance bonus &#8211; counted every month and\u00a0 payout in 6-months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Working Hours:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>9am &#8211; 6pm<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pay:<\/strong> RM 2,800 &#8211; RM 4,500<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For Referral<\/strong> <strong>only:<\/strong> https:\/\/forms.gle\/9kjZwCsDshb4DJB58<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Full job description Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and reliable Facility Management Technician (FMT) to support the daily operations and maintenance of data center facilities.
