Main duties include managing office supplies, preparing regular reports. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Human Resource<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, personnel management, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, staff exit process, and other day-to-day HR administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing activities of the company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaising with regulatory\/statutory bodies (eg KWSP, PERKESO, etc).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff records, leave records, staff insurance, and attendance tracking of all employees in an organized manner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Account<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor cashflow and banking facilities transactions\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00a0Administration<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To handle full course of Admin duties such as monitoring dispatch, cleaner, office stationery and supplies, office equipment maintenance etc.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Education Requirement<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Candidate must possess at least Higher\u00a0 Secondary\/STPM\/&#8221;A&#8221;
