You\u2019ll be responsible for architecting and driving the development of scalable, resilient systems that directly align with business objectives. As a domain expert, you\u2019ll provide thought leadership, mentor other engineers, and shape engineering best practices across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly experienced backend engineer who is passionate about building high-performance systems and enabling long-term technical excellence<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Responsibilities:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>System Architecture:<\/strong> Design and review scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure system architectures, including multi-region disaster recovery and strong data consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Leadership:<\/strong> Provide domain expertise and guidance across multiple teams; drive cross-functional architectural discussions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Alignment:<\/strong> Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, considering long-term product and company strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reusable Components:<\/strong> Build high-quality, reusable components and establish best practices to boost team-wide efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Process Innovation:<\/strong> Define and implement domain-level standards, governance rules, and process improvements (e.g., microservice design, observability, code quality).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mentorship &amp; Collaboration:<\/strong> Coach engineers, drive knowledge sharing, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong><strong>Education Requirement<\/strong><\/strong><\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><strong>Skills Requirement<\/strong><\/strong>: \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 6<strong>+ years<\/strong> of experience in backend system design and development, with a proven track record of delivering mission-critical systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tech Stack Expertise:<\/strong> Deep expertise in <strong>Java<\/strong>, with mastery of backend frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, WebFlux), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), and distributed databases (SQL\/NoSQL, Redis, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Architectural Skills:<\/strong> Experience designing and scaling large distributed systems with a focus on performance, availability, security, and resilience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Process Leadership:<\/strong> Able to define and implement engineering standards and technical guidelines at the system\/domain level.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Innovation &amp;
