Generalist"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Key Responsibilities <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manage end-to end recruitment cycle via different channels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare HR related documents and support for the end-to end payroll processing but not limited to also handle the statutory payment such as EPF, SOSCO, EIS, LHDN.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle staff of compensation and benefits, leave, attendance matters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take ownership to handle the employee relations and industrial relations of tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform basic accounting tasks, expense tracking and financial documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oversee general office administration, and take participate to organize staff engagement activities for internal staffs and management team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior from the time to time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Job Requirements <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>At least hold a Diploma \/ Bachelor &#8216;s Degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related fields is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candidate should have a minimum of 1 -3 years of experience in HR, Accounting and Administrative tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Keen eye for detail, especially in managing and reviewing documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Well-developed communication and people skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to work independently with minimum supervision.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in using HR Payroll system, or Accounting software will be added
