Reporting directly to the Group Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in supporting both legal and compliance matters across our dynamic, cross-border operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior legal professional with commercial awareness, strong drafting skills, and a keen interest in compliance to grow and develop in a fast-paced, international business environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Key Responsibilities<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Contract Drafting &amp; Review : <\/strong>Draft, review, and manage various commercial and legal documents including SaaS, Service Level Agreements, NDAs, Referral Agreements, and other business-related contracts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal &amp; Compliance Support :<\/strong> Assist in day-to-day legal and compliance matters, ensuring the company operates within applicable laws and internal policies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Intellectual Property &amp; Trademark Support :<\/strong> Support the management of the Group\u2019s IP portfolio, including trademarks and enforcement strategies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overseas Expansion :<\/strong> Support the legal aspects of the Group\u2019s expansion into international markets including company incorporation, regulatory requirements, and cross-border agreements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordination with External Counsel :<\/strong> Coordinate and participate in virtual calls with external legal advisors (locally and internationally), ensuring timely communication and follow-up on legal tasks and advice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal Research :<\/strong> Conduct legal research and stay up to date with applicable laws and regulations affecting the company\u2019s operations and industry developments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Job Requirements<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience: <\/strong> 1\u20132 years of post-graduate legal experience preferred. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply. Exposure to international legal systems is an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education :<\/strong> Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized university. Completion of CLP, BPTC or equivalent is an advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Legal Drafting :<\/strong> Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, concise, and commercially sound legal documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication Skills :<\/strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Independent &amp; Organized :<\/strong> Able to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritize work in a remote and fast-paced setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tech-Savvy :<\/strong> Comfortable using cloud-based tools and virtual communication platforms for collaboration and documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary Our Client is looking for a proactive and driven Junior Compliance Executive to join our expanding Legal and Compliance team.
