Responsibilities:
- Design: Develop detailed electrical and mechanical engineering designs for various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Tender Evaluation: Assist in the evaluation of tender submissions, providing technical expertise and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate M&E systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
- Contract Administration: Manage contractual agreements, ensuring adherence to specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning process to ensure that M&E systems are installed, tested, and functioning correctly according to design specifications.
- Project Management: Take ownership of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Supervision: Provide on-site supervision and technical support during construction phases, resolving any M&E-related issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) certification stage 1 is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&E engineering design and consulting, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and energy-efficient technologies is advantageous.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5500 – RM8000 per month

- Public Holidays to be observed will be announced and informed accordingly
