Responsibilities: 

  • Take responsibility for the overall management and efficiency of day-to-day operations within the organization.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Brainstorm and generate ideas and strategies for marketing campaigns according to the client’s needs and objectives.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts and ads.
  • Managing the client’s social media accounts (Facebook/ Instagram/ Tik Tok/ Xiao Hong Shu/ Lemon8/ Lazada/ Shopee/ Google). 
  • Collaborating with the Creative Team to ensure that posts are engaging.
  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Daily monitoring and analyzing the campaign performance to identify the opportunities for optimization. 
  • Manage a team of digital marketing professionals, including setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring collaboration among team members.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in digital marketing strategies.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital marketing channels and ensure that messaging aligns with the brand’s identity and values.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies for better performance.
  • Be prepared to respond to digital marketing crises or reputation management issues promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Required minimum 1-3 years of experience in agency or relevant fields.
  • Possess Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, Business Admin or any related field.
  • Experience of ads buying with Ads Manager in creating effective ads and analyzing the performance to provide insight and data-driven decision for clients to meet their objectives. 
  • Experience in writing engaging ad copy.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads/ Google Ads/ Google Analytics/ Shopee Ads/TikTok Ads.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate with a cross-functional team.
  • Able to consistently meet deadlines, multi-task and problem-solving with strong attention to detail. 
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is preferred.
