Full job description

Responsibilities: 

• ensuring data accuracy, identifying discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to validate, reconcile, identify, and resolve any data or financial mismatch issues ahead of preparing invoices for clients.
• Data Reconciliation & Validation: Ensure consistency in transactions, balances, and reports between client and vendor systems.
• Error Detection & Resolution: Identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues.
• Data Quality Monitoring: Perform data validation and cleansing to maintain high-quality standards.
• Reporting & Documentation: Document discrepancies, actions taken, and reconciliation results for stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work with internal teams (Finance, Account Management) and external clients/vendors to resolve data-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Related to this field (at least Diploma). 1-2 year experience
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (such as formulas, array formulas, pivot tables, charting and dashboarding) and seasoned in financial data validation, reconciliation, and management.
• Ability to script in SQL, Python or VBA is an advantage.
• Attention to Detail: Comfortable working with large data sets and have a neck for spotting and resolving data discrepancies quickly.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve data issues.
• Communication: Clear documentation and effective communication with teams.
• Experience: Prior experience in data reconciliation, financial data management, or quality assurance is a plus but not required.

• Flexi Allowance – min RM 1,000 (depends on grade)
• AL – min 16 days (depends on grade)
• Shift Allowance (Night & Midnight) – RM 85/per shift (Stanby)
