Responsibilities:

  • Lead division managers and indirectly oversee all employees within the division.
  • Establish and implement HR initiatives that effectively communicate and support the company’s mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop HR plans and strategies to achieve overall business operations objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive/senior management on key organizational and management issues.
  • Collaborate with the executive management team to create a management succession plan aligned with the company’s strategy and objectives.
  • Develop and implement competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits plans.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and develop a diverse, high-performing workforce.
  • Lead performance management and talent development initiatives, providing coaching and support to managers and employees, including guidance on performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to ensure a positive work environment and strong company culture.
  • Initiate, plan, review, and implement effective HR policies and procedures, benchmarking against best practices to monitor compliance and effectiveness.
  • Provide HR guidance on grievances and disciplinary issues.
  • Drive succession planning initiatives for the HR department, identifying high-potential individuals and implementing development plans to ensure continuity and readiness for key HR roles.
  • Provide monthly HR reports to the Board and Management Committee.

Requirements:

  • Min. 10-12 years of working experience in Human Resource.
  • Experience managing various subsidiaries or HR departments.
  • Experience working in manufacturing industry is preferred.
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, drive, commitment, and urgency.
  • Have thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Display excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM12,000.00 – RM15,000.00 per month
