Responsibilities:

Lead cultural change initiatives to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and innovative workplace.
Serve as a trusted performance coach for leaders, enhancing their leadership and decision-making capabilities.
Develop strategies for talent retention and succession planning, ensuring continuity in key roles.
Establish structured communication rhythms (weekly stand-ups, monthly town halls, and quarterly check-ins) to ensure every employee feels heard, valued, and aligned.
Introduce initiatives to support mental health, resilience, and employee well-being.
Ensure that people policies and practices create a supportive and empowering work environment.
Oversee the end-to-end HR function, including recruitment, performance management, and compensation strategies.
Leverage data analytics to make informed decisions on workforce planning and organizational improvements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

Education: Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8–10 years in HR leadership or organizational development roles, with a proven track record in culture transformation and coaching.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic industries, preferably in technology or financial services.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
- Expertise in building and implementing high-impact HR strategies and programs.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and workforce analytics.
- Deep understanding of human behavior, organizational dynamics, and change management.

Pay: RM 18,000 – 21,000 per month
