Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly sales invoice(revenue) and purchase order(PO) forecast in line with annual sales target and KPI target settings.
- Keep track and follow up potential project status (with required & relevant data) and update project pipeline for reporting and submission to immediate superior.
- Constantly keep immediate superior posted on project follow-up status, highlight challenges & opportunity and keep track of new and potential projects as well as market trend & competitors’ movement in the market.
- Work together with M&E consultants and specify Furutec’s product favourable to us in new projects during designing stage.
- Build and maintain close working relationship and effective communication with M&E consultants, developers/owners and distributors
- Monitor project execution between factory and distributor’s project team after receiving new order from distributors.
- Be proactive in deploying EXACT CRM in daily planning & reporting (inclusive of business calendar for appointments, customer & project input)
- To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible.
- To deliver the result within value system of EITA.
- And any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior / HOD / MD from time to time
- Manage and develop network/ pipeline in Distributor focused
Requirements:
- Education Requirement:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)
- Skills Requirement:
- Possess good communication and relationship building skill to develop customer base and ability to influence the decision maker.
- Good proficiency in English language
- Experienced in social media & digital marketing
- To assist immediate superior to cover the existing customers and expand market coverage in Malaysia (North, Central & South of West Malaysia and Sabah & Sarawak) for Furutec busduct product.
- Develop business plan and marketing strategy for targeted markets to ensure attainment of company goals.
- There has been a slight update to the covered region.
- This Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for all existing markets, including Malaysia, ASEAN, and the Middle East.
- This role requires frequent travel (will discuss in depth when proceeding to interview).

Remuneration:
- Total salary budget including allowances: RM8,000 – RM10,000
- Car Allowance (Fixed Allowance) RM500
