Job Overview
This role is responsible to manage the full spectrum of Human Resources functions and Administration activities including payroll, manpower planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, HR system, HR functions and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization.
At the same time, you will be act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries. Main duties include managing office supplies, preparing regular reports. Ultimately, the goal is to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Responsibilities:
- Human Resource
- Handling the full spectrum of human resource functions, from recruitment, staff onboarding process, personnel management, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, training, staff exit process, and other day-to-day HR administration.
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll processing activities of the company.
- Liaising with regulatory/statutory bodies (eg KWSP, PERKESO, etc).
- Maintaining HR records such as personnel documents, staff records, leave records, staff insurance, and attendance tracking of all employees in an organized manner.
- Account
- Responsible for overall day-to-day accounting and finance functions
- Monitor cashflow and banking facilities transactions
- Administration
- To handle full course of Admin duties such as monitoring dispatch, cleaner, office stationery and supplies, office equipment maintenance etc.
Requirements:
- Education Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/”A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Skills Requirement:
- Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, HR software etc.
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Excellent oral and written communication.
- Organized, efficient, able to work independently, and meticulous about details.
