Mammoth Technology is growing and are looking to add an experienced IT Service Desk Technician.
Hiring Timeframe: Within the next 60 days from 14/09/2024
Day to Day Functions
- SPOC for client liaison for tickets that originate from calls, emails and chat.
- Provide IT support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operation systems.
- Updating/following ITGlue documentation
- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls and security
- Basic remote access solution implementation and support
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes and agreed outages.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
- Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.
- Fast turnaround of customers’ requests
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Work with the service Desk Dispatcher to ensure requests are routed to the proper resource to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Escalate service requests that require L2/L3/Management level support.
- Responsible for entering time and expense in ConnectWise as they occur.
- Understand processes in ConnectWise by completing assigned training materials and blueprints on the ConnectWise University
- Enter all work as service tickets in ConnectWise
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in technical support roles including maintaining a desktop workstation OR relevant area of study will be considered for the role.
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience with user administration in Active Directory and Exchange Online OR relevant area of study will be considered for the role.
- Hands on experience with helpdesk ticketing systems.
- Current experience with various operating systems and packages including MS Office 365, Windows 10, Windows 11.
Baseline Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Information technology
- At least 1 year experience in the related field OR relevant area of study will be considered for the role. Candidate needs to display aptitude and willingness to learn in interview.
- Experience working in an IT Support environment would help greatly in your application.

- Tues – Sat

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 – RM7,000.00 per month
