Responsibilities:

Ability to lead installation work, project site work.
Attend all site matters, attend site meetings, and coordinate installation work by working closely with main contractors, sub-contractors, and other trade works
Able to formulate and write up T&C/CX procedures that includes Functional System Test, Switchover, and Integrated System Test (IST) for a medium to large-scale data centre.
Possess the ability to coordinate with specialised equipment vendors along with internal and external designers to resolve technical issues along with it.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the site team and client regarding testing and commissioning planning.
Formulate a working schedule and timeline of all the involved commissioning processes that will suit the construction master program.
Able to work overtime due to nature of work and site requirement.
Able to lead the project full life cycle from construction to commissioning stage and support the Construction team (MEPF on a technical aspect on a timely basis during the project.)

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical
Min 2 years of experience working in data centre environment
Ability to communicate in 3 languages is an added advantage
Willing to travel and relocate based on project requirement
Relevant working experience in HV / LV electrical installation
Technical know-how on electrical systems. Needs to have understanding on operation /functionality of UPS / LV electrical system project implementation of electrical system / testing requirements of electrical system
Autocad knowledge is a must.
Ability to lead testing team on electrical system
Knowledge on data centre operation is a plus.
Familiar with construction site work requirements, such as producing MOS / Project schedule / Tracking of site work progress etc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4500 – RM5500 per month
