Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Junior Business Analyst to join our team. This role will focus primarily on gathering and analysing business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of IT solutions

Responsibilities: 

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
  • Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation (e.g., BRDs, user stories, use cases) and ensure requirements are clearly understood and actionable.
  • Assist in translating business needs into technical requirements, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions.
• Process Improvement
  • Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Recommend improvements to workflows, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
  • Support the implementation of recommended changes and track their effectiveness.
• Project Management
  • Manage the day-to-day aspects of software project delivery, including timeline tracking, resource management, risks management and backlog prioritization.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders where necessary on the status of delivery, resourcing, and timelines.
  • Assist in organizing project documentation, including status reports and meeting minutes.
• Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
  • Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
  • Support stakeholder management activities such as keeping them updated on project progress and addressing their concerns.
• Tools & Documentation
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite to track and document project tasks, requirements, and milestones.
  • Help create visual process flows and diagrams using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, Draw.IO or Visio to support understanding of complex systems and processes.
  • Maintain organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computing, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• Skills Requirement:
  • At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or at least 1 year of experience in project management roles
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders and technical teams with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional team.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experienced in the gaming industry or related tech sectors would be an advantage.
