Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our Business Insights team. You will support the collection, monitoring, and analysis of client, vendor, and market data to generate actionable insights. Working closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders, you will track website performance, document marketing activities, conduct research, and prepare regular reports that guide data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities: 

• Client Website Monitoring
  • Monitor and document changes in client website structure, content, and functionality
  • Track new features or updates that may influence user engagement or website performance
• Monitoring & Promotion Tracking
  • Record and analyse clients’ marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and advertising content
  • Track promotional schedules and identify visibility or trend patterns
• Routine Reporting & Data Management
  • Organise collected data into structured weekly and monthly reports
  • Summarise results using charts, dashboards, and visualisations to highlight key insights
• Industry & Market Research
  • Gather market intelligence, competitor updates, and industry trends
  • Assist the team in identifying opportunities, threats, and emerging patterns
• Vendor & Advertising Data Collection
  • Build and maintain a database of advertising materials, vendor information, and marketing activities
  • Assist in evaluating the effectiveness and impact of vendor-related marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Education Requirement:
  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field

• Skills Requirement:
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Good communication skills in English and Chinese (written & verbal)
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to build a career in data analytics
