Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of robust automation frameworks and data integration solutions. This role involves building automation test suites and developing scripts to consolidate data from multiple systems into a centralized platform.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Python scripts to consolidate, transform, and integrate data from and to various external systems into a unified format for internal use.
- Design and build web automation tools or frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Puppeteer, or similar technologies — either for testing, data extraction or data integration purposes.
- Design and build scripting-based automation solutions that orchestrate tasks and information across APIs, systems, and communication tools such as MS Teams, Slack, Telegram, etc.
- Collaborate with QA engineers, product managers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into effective automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration, automation, and test reliability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and team standards.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving team workflows and processes.
Requirements:
- Education Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills Requirement:
- Strong proficiency in Python, with at least 2-3 years of experience in development or automation roles.
- Experience with web automation or web scraping frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or Puppeteer (experience with any of these is advantageous).
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and data integration concepts.
- Familiarity with working in Linux environments and using version control systems like Git.
- Experience with messaging platform integrations (e.g., bots or automations for Slack, Microsoft Teams, Telegram).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good understanding of data processing and transformation — e.g., parsing and normalizing different data formats from various upstream and/or downstream systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Mandarin Speaker (Indian can be accepted)
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with large-scale data integration or aggregator platforms.
- Experience in the iGaming industry or with aggregator platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with SQL or other database technologies.
