Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Junior Finance Operations to support financial data accuracy, reconciliation, and billing operations. This role ensures that financial data from vendor systems and internal platforms is verified before invoicing and reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile financial data between vendor back-office systems, vendor invoices, and internal systems
- Validate transaction amounts and settlement figures prior to invoicing clients
- Prepare clean and structured datasets for billing and reporting purposes
- Support timely generation of client invoices based on verified data
- Track client receivables and follow up on payments in a disciplined manner
- Assist with timely and accurate payments to vendors
- Maintain organized financial records, reports, and reconciliation logs
- Escalate discrepancies, anomalies, or risks to the Operations Lead and Finance Data Analyst
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Strong numerical sensitivity and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Responsible, organized, and deadline-driven
