Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement sales strategies for offline channels, achieving set sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key offline distributors to increase brand reach.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to formulate and optimize sales strategies.
- Lead and train the sales team/promoter to enhance overall sales performance.· Foster and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in offline sales management.
- Strong understanding of offline distributor networks and retail sales channels.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin preferred.
- Proficient in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint for data analysis and sales reporting.
- Candidates with experience in Watsons and Guardian channel operations are preferred
- Need to travel to HQ(KL) if require
