Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Center Logistics Executive to support warehouse and logistics operations within our data center environment. This role is responsible for managing computer hardware assets and peripherals, coordinating inventory movement, and ensuring accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound shipments.

Responsibilities: 

• Handle the receiving, unpacking, and processing of goods and IT equipment at the data center.
• Verify shipments, update inventory records, and report any discrepancies or defective items.
• Prepare and distribute computer kits and hardware for deployment or relocation.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of shipping, receiving, and asset movement using both manual and electronic systems.
• Perform asset tagging and tracking using barcodes or asset management tools.
• Support inventory audits and monthly stock reporting to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage on-site assets and ensure proper storage, labeling, and condition of equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and ensure timely completion of logistics tasks.
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and coordinate repairs or replacements of defective hardware.
• Collaborate with the Asset Management and IT Operations teams to streamline workflows.

Requirements:

• Education Requirement:
  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

• Skills Requirement:
  • 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or asset management (preferably in an IT or data center environment).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems or asset tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Physically fit to handle equipment movements and warehouse tasks.
  • Willing to work in a data center environment, including handling IT equipment.
• Added Advantage:
  • Experience in IT hardware logistics or data center operations.
  • Familiarity with barcode scanners, asset tagging systems, or warehouse management software.
  • Knowledge of basic IT hardware components (servers, routers, peripherals)

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00-18:00 or 12:00-21:00, five days per week

Pay: RM 2,500 – RM 4,000
