Full job description
Responsibilities:
- Greet & assist customers in a friendly & professional manner.
- Understand customer needs & recommend suitable jewelry.
- Process sales transactions accurately & efficiency.
- Maintain the cleanliness & organization of the store to ensure an inviting atmosphere.
- Help manage inventory levels & assist with stock replenishment.
- Promote sales offers, events, and new collections to customers.
- Build & maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues with professionalism.
- Assist in merchandising & visual displays to ensure an attractive presentation of products.
Requirements:
- Min SPM
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Prior experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the retail or jewelry industry.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast–paced environment.
- Knowledge of jewelry products (desired but not required: training will be provided)
- Basis math skills for processing transactions.
- Proficiency in handling POS systems and basic computer software.
- High level of professionalism and personal presentation.
