Responsibilities:

Own, develop, and execute B2B marketing strategies across online and offline channels to attract, engage, and convert target decision-makers.
Champion innovative lead generation ideas — beyond paid media — such as partnerships, creative activations, affiliate outreach, influencer strategies, or industry-specific micro-campaigns.
Define and track performance metrics (e.g. MQLs, CPL, ROI) through CRM tools and campaign dashboards to optimize spend and lead quality.
Continuously test and refine email, content, and paid acquisition strategies; optimize for conversion throughout the funnel.
Collaborate with external agencies to produce standout content and campaigns across website, social, and communication channels.
Maintain up-to-date marketing materials that reflect product and positioning changes; align with sales and product teams regularly.
Research and evaluate new channels and market entry strategies — particularly in frontier and emerging markets.
Manage annual marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation aligned with business goals.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior, and translate insights into action.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or advertising or any relevant education background
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech or iGaming environments.
Proven ability to generate high-quality leads and measurable ROI from multi-channel campaigns.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — able to craft messaging that resonates with decision-makers.
Experience with both digital growth and large-scale international events.
Creative thinker — able to bring fresh ideas and new lead-generation tactics to the table.
Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken). • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-cultural environments.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
